Originally from St. Louis, Kim Day is an award winning architect licensed in Florida, Georgia and the US Virgin Islands. She is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a LEED accredited professional.
She holds a Bachelors of Design and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Florida and a Certificate of Completion from the Vicenza Institute of Architecture in Italy.
She has practiced professionally in the Central Florida market since 2000 and is intimately familiar with local jurisdictions and the development community. During that time she has developed an in-depth knowledge of commercial projects and has used this knowledge to help projects such as Baldwin Park (Orlando, FL), Veranda Park (Orlando, FL) and Dellagio (Orlando, FL) become successful. While these larger projects are note-worthy, she is also equally comfortable working on small tenant spaces or national anchor stores.
She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a professor of architectural design at Seminole Community College.
She enjoys running and has a gigantic dog named Gossie. |

Neke White

Originally from Kentucky, Neke White is an award winning designer with a Bachelors of Art in Interior Design from Broward Community College and a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from the University of Florida.
Since 2000 she has practiced in Central Florida developing interiors for everything from Mom and Pop shops to luxurious offices and boutiques. Her contributions to projects large and small have resulted in them winning the Keep Winter Park Beautiful award, the ABC Excellence in Construction Eagle Award and the NAIOP Green Building of the Year award.
She is happily married and has the most adorable three-year old daughter you’ll ever meet. |

Mark Adams

Mark Adams hails from Los Angeles California where he started his career after graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors of Architecture. He is licensed in Florida and California and is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
His professional career began with an architect in Glendale, CA where he developed designs for fully accessible multi-unit housing for the Crippled Children’s Society and United Cerebral Palsy. In 1996 he joined Universal Studios and spent most of the next eight years with them developing attractions and theme parks in Orlando, Los Angeles, Japan and China. In the in-between times, he picked up free-lance work developing designs and providing construction documents for Ripley’s Entertainment, Legoland Germany and other entertainment venues around the world.
Since 2004 he has been practicing architecture in Orlando and has contributed to the success of projects such as Veranda Park (Orlando, FL), Dellagio (Orlando, FL) and numerous smaller projects through out the region.
He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Council of Shopping Centers and Rotary International.
He enjoys playing basketball, poker and golf and has a big cat named Ralph. |
